My order has arrived and as usual it has been very well received. Your quality products are the best in the market by a W.A mile as is your stellar service. When my housemate came down with the shingles and the rash left but the pain didn't,I quickly found that my heatbags were the only thing which offered any relief. With the cold weather just upon us ,I realized that I wasn't willing to keep sharing my Heatbags! My new 8 Panel heat bag is the perfect length for my housemates damaged arm.so thank you again for your excellent work

I buy at least three of these every year as they are constantly in use.I have RA and nerve damage with sore knees and hips and aching cold from nerve damage in my thighs.They are even in use in the summer on my thighs with the air conditioner on.These a just the right size and hold the heat well.I used to love my hot water bottle but a very serious burn I no longer use it and have found the heat bags much easier to use and more comfortable.thanks for sending them so promptly.Will be back to order again next year.

They are unique and effective.I have just ordered more of your products for use in my home based Beauty Therapy salon.I know my clients will love and want their own.Can I suggest you design and manufacture a heat mitt for the feet.Perfect for people who struggle with cold feet due to poor circulation.

This may be a few dollars dearer than the 'cheap' ones on EBay but boy is it quality. I'm sorry to say mine has only lasted eight years of continuous use so I'm now going for number two. These things aren't a purchase they are an investment. If you need a heat bag don't bother looking elsewhere.
