My Name is Miss E Dutton I am writing to you in regards to your heat bags plus range.In particular  the square one,I recently purchased one as I have ongoing pain in my right leg after breaking it in 3 places in January 2007.

I have a 13 year old female chihuahua called cuddles who thinks it's hers.

I put it in a towel so it's not to hot for me,but Cuddles finds it just warm enough for her I think she must feel she's human not a dog,so I am thinking that I may Have to purchase one for her ,I know that may sound strange to you but this is actually what she does.

Cheers,I have just purchased a basic square heat pack and am really pleased with it.

I am going to lend it to my Dad who is 83 and has a hip problem,if he likes it I will purchase for him a larger one.

I like mine because it is lighter and smells much nicer than my sisters that is wheat filled

A. Lupin is lighter, maintains heat longer and moulds to fit the body shape.

Q. Does Lupin have an odour ?

A. Lupin tends towards a slight smell of popcorn and never has the 'Bad Sock Smell' that you can get with wheat.

Q. How do I wash my Lupin Bag?

A. Lupin bags should be washed by hand in warm soapy water then rinsed and placed in spinner of washing machine to remove excess water then hung out to dry or placed on a tray in a conventional oven at 50°C for 30 minutes.
