Hi Cheryl After our conversation today I have taken your advice and opted for the neck collar instead of the neck pillow. I must also make the comment that your product is the best thing I have invested in,in a long time. Dear Cheryl Thanks for the fast delivery as promised to the eastern states in Victoria in two days. They have been used every day in the mornings when frosty and at night as it cooled down.Used on Hip and lower back and the smaller one on the left ankle. Best Regards

I have suffered from oesto and inflamatory arthritis for over 4 years now.I have been under a specialist-rhematologist in Melbourne on a triple therapy involving =enrel injection weekly and methotextrate,high doses of cortisone.After 3 years of this my body has gone into cortisone bulge and toxic state snd now of the injection 1 month and reducting from cortisone with the assistance of my GP and Specialist the side effects are unbeleivable and very trying.The comfort from warmth temporarily distracts me from the pain. I saw your Junior bag and purchased one I also suffer in the hands,hips and feet.I will purchase some more products on line as I am on a farm and out of the regional cities.

Cheers,I have just purchased a basic square heat pack and am really pleased with it. I am going to lend it to my Dad who is 83 and has a hip problem,if he likes it I will purchase for him a larger one. I like mine because it is lighter and smells much nicer than my sisters that is wheat filled
