I just purchased your Back Pack (with Straps etc)and it is the best thing i"ve bought for my neck/shoulder pain.It literally seems to have been designed for my exact pain region Thank You. I once burnt a heatpack in the microwave (not one of yours) and I don't want to do that to this magic item

Just wanted you to know that I absolutely love your heatpacks.I suffer from a chronic back injury with quite significant pain. I have bought one of your square heat packs and carry it every where with me.I use it at work all the time and I find it helps with the regular flare ups I have and enable me to stay at work instead of having to go home.I have recommended your product to everyone I know and will continue to do so.Thanks so much for a great product!

I have just purchased a basic square heat pack and am really pleased with it.

I am going to lend it to my Dad who is 83 and has a hip problem,if he likes it I will purchase him a larger one.

I like mine because it is lighter and smells much nicer than my sisters that is wheat filled.
